New kitchen, who dis?! 👩🏻‍🍳 Last night’s dinner brought to you by @frigidaire @calphalon & the @cityofbellavista farmer’s market 🫑 I kept it simple with grounding vegetables full of minerals and vitamin C, plus anti-inflammatory herbs then sprinkled with hemp seeds for amino acids, fatty acids & protein.

- Coriander
- Garlic
- S&P

Sauce:

What can you really say after spending a week with soul sisters in a tropical paradise? Grateful isn’t sufficient; blessed is a given. My heart is full and my spirit is energized with a special kind of confidence you can only gain from stretching beyond your comfort zone and being surrounded by women on a mission to lift one another.
